Shipping & Delivery
Eufonia ships and delivers orders using leading couriers.
The Seller is committed to ensuring precise and prompt delivery, in accordance with the estimated delivery times stated on the website at checkout, and in any case, within 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation.
The Order Confirmation is sent to the Customer when the products are handed over to the courier for shipment.
During certain periods, such as sales seasons or company closures, delivery times may vary. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control, including force majeure, strikes, natural disasters, customs procedures, or courier-related issues.
The Order Confirmation includes a tracking number, allowing the Customer to monitor the shipping and delivery status via the courier’s website.
The Customer is encouraged to facilitate the delivery by being available to receive the order or by delegating someone else.
The courier will make an initial delivery attempt to the address provided by the Customer. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will notify the Customer and attempt to arrange a second delivery.
If the courier is ultimately unable to complete the delivery, Customer Service will contact the Customer to verify interest in reshipping the order.
Upon delivery, the Customer must check:
- That the number of packages matches the shipping details.
- That the external packaging is intact.
If any discrepancies or damage are noticed, the Customer must sign with reservation and contact Customer Service. Failure to do so will prevent the Customer from making any subsequent claims regarding delivery issues, except as provided in Article 8 (hidden defects) and consumer protection laws.
